How You Can Help Adult
Fellowship |

Following is information to help you determine if you would like to
join the Adult Fellowship Group and/or discern whether the Adult
Fellowship Group
is the volunteer
service for you.

ACTIVITIES/FUNCTIONS
-
Meetings, each of which includes an educational
speaker or entertainment, business meeting, dinner and Bingo.

Once a month trips to
places of interest- educational (religious or not) or entertaining,
or to a one day Catholic retreat
|
|
MEETING FREQUENCY/TIME/PLACE
2nd & 4th Thursday at 11:00
a.m. in the Fireplace Room.
Doors open at 10:30, and can end as late as 3 p.m
Time Commitment:
2 - 4 hours per month
|

TASKS/SKILLS
-
Choosing and calling people to speak or entertain.

Reading of Secretary’s and Treasurer’s reports.

President gives any announcements.

Hospitality Chairman is in charge of three groups, seeing to it that
someone in each group calls others to plan what they will bring
for lunch and determining on each meeting day that food is being
set up and after lunch, seeing that cleanup is completed.

Bingo Chairman oversees
Bingo.

OTHER
Current dues are $12 per year

FUTURE GOALS
Continue to grow our
financial abilities to help the needy of our community
Ensure the future of the St. Vincent de Paul ministry through
prudent management of our facility and resources made available to
us.
