FAITH FORMATION |
CHILDREN'S FAITH FORMATION (PK3-6th grade)
Our curriculum is a lectionary based program that integrates
catechesis with the life of the larger faith community-whole community
catechesis. Children in all grades hear or read the Sunday gospel
every week. This program builds on that foundation by providing the
children with a comprehensive instruction in Catholic doctrine, the
sacraments, the commandments of the old and new law and prayer- which
cover the four pillars of the Catechism of the Catholic Church:
Profession of Faith, Celebration of the Christian Mystery, Life in
Christ and Christian Prayer.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING
God’s vision for marriage is
that couples be united in flesh and spirit and that this union be
“fruitful.” The Church recognizes that there are times when a couple
might be called to postpone pregnancy and other times when a couple
might have difficulty achieving pregnancy. Natural Family Planning (NFP)
uses the natural signs of a couples’ fertility to help them achieve
or postpone pregnancy in accordance with the teachings of the
Church. NFP is not contraception. It respects the God-given cycle
of fertility of every married couple and celebrates the gifts of
love and life embodied in the marital embrace.
